1. Introduction

Welcome to Bubble Inn Studio ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at https://bubbleinn.org and any software development, AI automation, or consulting services provided by Bubble Inn.

2. Services Provided

Bubble Inn provides software development, SaaS product development, n8n workflow automation, Python API integrations, and UI/UX design services. Specific project deliverables, scope, timelines, and payment terms will be outlined in individual Statements of Work (SOW) or client agreements.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, upon full payment for custom development services, all client-specific custom code, workflows, and deliverables produced by Bubble Inn shall be transferred to the client. Bubble Inn retains ownership of its proprietary pre-existing utility libraries, templates, and core automation frameworks.

4. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malicious software, or to interfere with the integrity of our network or third-party APIs connected through automation workflows.

5. Limitation of Liability

Bubble Inn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, n8n, Stripe, QuickBooks) or infrastructure outages beyond our reasonable control.
